Srixon ZX5 Custom Irons
Distance, forgiveness and forged feel in a clean cavity-back design. The original Srixon ZX5 irons combine MainFrame face technology with a forged body and Tour V.T. Sole for a balanced blend of speed, control and playability.
Product Overview
The Srixon ZX5 brings ball-speed technology and soft forged feel together in a forgiving, workable iron. Its cavity-back construction, medium-width sole and clean address profile suit golfers who want help with distance and stability while retaining control over their iron shots.
A forged SUP10 face supplies speed, while the forged 1020 carbon steel body helps absorb impact vibration. Progressive grooves and the distinctive Tour V.T. Sole support performance from longer approaches through scoring shots.

Speed With a Clean Address Profile
MainFrame uses a carefully milled pattern of grooves, channels and cavities on the back of the face to optimize face thickness and energy transfer.
Tungsten toe weighting in the 3–7 irons increases moment of inertia to improve stability and forgiveness. The result is distance-focused performance within a refined, playable head shape.
Tour V.T. Sole
Srixon’s V-shaped sole is designed to move smoothly through the turf, including when contact occurs slightly behind the ball.
The ZX5 combines this sole geometry with sole notches to support versatile turf interaction while retaining the forgiveness of a medium-width sole.
Progressive Grooves
Sharper, narrower and deeper grooves in the 8-iron through pitching wedge are designed to increase spin and stopping power on approach shots.
Forged Materials
The forged SUP10 face supports speed and distance, while the forged 1020 carbon steel body absorbs vibration for soft impact feedback.
