Built with a lightweight head and components, a high MOI design, and a shallower face, the Max Fast is a forgiving driver engineered for slow-to-moderate swing speed players seeking to maximize clubhead speed, launch, and carry distance with less effort. The Max Fast is highlighted by its 360° Carbon Chassis. Callaway's lightest and strongest chassis yet, this weight-saving design allows mass to be strategically redistributed throughout the head, improving forgiveness, tightening dispersion, and creating a precise center of gravity.
The Quantum family of drivers features Callaway's groundbreaking Tri-Force Face, a never-before-used high-strength titanium, poly mesh, and carbon fiber construction. Callaway's extensive testing has proven beyond a doubt that titanium is the most resilient and highest-performing face material, and the thinner the titanium, the more powerful it becomes. However, it has its limitations, as once it surpasses a certain thinness, it can no longer withstand high-speed impacts. By leveraging ballistic-grade poly mesh, a material used in bulletproof vests, and carbon fiber, Tri-Force allows the titanium portion of the face, which is responsible for its speed, to be 14% thinner and 17% more resilient than previously possible. Callaway then optimized the face, utilizing their industry-leading AI modeling to account for the newly unlocked performance possibilities. The results are dramatic, with Tri-Force delivering significantly faster ball speeds and forgiveness across the face.
